Below is a list of every character included in the Kayfabe Flashback mod. Clicking on a character's name will take you to their alternative content page. You will be able to see a sample of every alternate outfit and alter ego currently available for that character. Outfits that have an asterisk (*) after their name, also have a back or side view available. Place your cursor over the photo to see the other view.
After downloading and unzipping a file, you must rename the files it contains in order for them to appear in your game. Each zip file contains detailed instructions (and a step-by-step example) of how to rename the files and install them properly in your game. Some zip files contain an extra text file entitled "Special Instructions". These are for outfits/alter egos that require extra manipulation to appear as designed. These may include changes to the character's body type, hair style or hair color. Those changes can only be made through the in-game editor. The "Special Instructions" file will tell you exactly what you need to change.
Currently, there is alternative content for 125 of the 204 characters. I will be creating many more outfits and alter egos in the months to come. However, some characters who did not change their look or costumes throughout the entire 1980's (like Mr. Wrestling II) will never have any alternative content.
